Protesters enter Parliament in Macedonia
Last night, while Parliament in Skopje elected Talat Xhaferi as the new speaker, protesters, supporters of VMRO-DPMNE, have managed to break their way in the highest legislative institution of the country and cause a chaotic and violent situation in there.

A significant number of MPs belonging to SDSM led by Zoran Zaev, were physically attacked by protesters. Then, police managed to escort protesters out of Parliament.

Meanwhile, foreign ambassadors accredited to Skopje have called for the situation to calm down and for political leaders to engage in dialogue.

Protesters are against the coalition between SDSM and Albanian parties, as according to them, SDSM is endorsing the so called Tirana Platform of the Albanian political parties. /e.i/
