Adriatic Sea-An EU member

Adriatic Sea-An EU member
The Adriatic Sea sometimes appears as a human, sometimes it appears as a tragedy theater and sometimes… as a state. It’s not that the sea chooses these roles, but politics taking place in both sides of the Adriatic, make it look this way. For several years now, the EU officials have considered it as a state or as a pretext to divide states based on their interests.

Adriatic Sea, as a source of conflict between the East and the West

Ten or eleven years ago, when those of the EU started to divide Balkans in two parts, it was realized that a game was being played, but it was not quite clear what sort of game this was. The EU covers its games with the mystery of “Democracy” and “the most advanced civilization”. The division of the Balkans was made by having the Adriatic Sea as a referral point. The countries which are close to the coasts of the Adriatic Sea were named “Western Balkans. Although Serbia, Kosovo and Macedonia do not have coasts on the Adriatic Sea, all three of them were included in the EU projects, such as “Adriatic 1”, “Adriatic 2” and “Adriatic 3”.

Powerful states such as Bulgaria and Romania are out of “Western Balkans”, while Croatia and Slovenia, which had been in the “Balkans”, did not want to be “humiliated” with this name which comes from the Ottoman Empire. Balkans reduced to a very small territory. The most powerful countries were admitted in the EU, not because they deserved it so much, but because the EU needed the Balkans to be as small and as vulnerable as possible. The EU projected Western Balkans as an experimental ground for its games. By naming it “Western Balkans”, the EU kept Turkey away, a country which is aiming to have an influence in the Muslim Balkan. The EU has not been capable of accepting Turkey as a member state for 30 years now, since the country applied for accession. But, it hasn’t even been capable to say “no” either. To keep Turkey away, the EU invented the “continent” of Western Balkans which has connections to the Adriatic.

The Adriatic as a castle of intrigues between the EU and the “Adriatic” countries

The European Union, which has become so fragile and doesn’t even enjoy the trust of member countries, has at last found some peace in the coasts of the Adriatic. The same as the castle of Macbeth, “castles” of political intrigues are built from Trieste to Durres, to the Old Ragusa and Puglia. The latest intrigues may be enough:

In July 2017 (on the 15th), all the EU officials travelled to participate in a meeting with “Western Balkan” countries. That meeting decided the creation of the “Joint Balkan Market”, without mentioning the European Union. It was even said that the only thing that these countries would see is a joint Balkan market. Albania and Serbia launched a media row immediately after this announcement was made, because Trieste’s decision was considered as the start of a “New Yugoslavia”, where Albania would be a member. Patriots from both sides of the border started to launch accusations. The EU plot worked out.

But, the EU’s objective was to plot at the detriment of all Western Balkan countries. The EU wanted to see if these countries really wanted to integrate in the EU. Balkan countries, including Albania, started to talk about ties with Russia. The EU didn’t like this.

The second step of the intrigue was taken on 25 August 2017. Although the entire world was on holiday, the EU whistled to the prime ministers of the Balkan countries to gather in Durres. The objective was for commissioner Hahn to say: “Now you’re part of the Joint Balkan Market” and not the EU. He also announced 150 million euros from the EU to the Balkans, which so far have only caused rows between the states.

Two days ago, the EU head of diplomacy, Federica Mogherini, suddenly declared in Brussels that “Albania as part of Western Balkan” must get ready for the EU in 2018. A plot against previous decisions and against neighbors which are complaining about the “Albanian crime”. An accession date has never been given.

The Adriatic Sea, a state like Lichtenstein or Switzerland…

For the time being, the EU is unable to declare the Adriatic a neutral state, where every financial game is played, but it is surely waiting.

The Adriatic is very rich. The drug traffic game is being played in the Adriatic with the blessing of the EU people. Lots of drugs are cultivated in the coasts of the Adriatic and these drugs reach the EU countries. The EU bureaucrats play a major role in this. Even the head of the EU diplomacy, Mogherini, as one of her relatives has been caught smuggling drugs in the Adriatic. The EU and its officials want to conduct drug trafficking in a “royal” way like Macbeth. Even the cocaine coming from Afghanistan passes through the Adriatic “state”. Even traffic of human beings takes place here. The EU wants this sea to preserve its policy of “open borders” and according to many western researchers, this is a policy which conceals corruption.

Had it not been for the Adriatic “state”, the EU would not care the least about the Balkan countries.
