The Albanian Foreign Minister, Ditmir Bushati has participated in the preparative meeting for the Western Balkan Summit which will be held in Trieste on 12 July of this year, as the next phase of the Berlin Process.
The participants in this meeting expressed their joint engagement that the Trieste Summit should bring the countries of the region closer to the European Union.
Minister Bushati underlined that “it is necessary for all participating countries to contribute in order to consolidate the achievements of the Berlin Process”.
The Albanian Foreign Minister also said that the “Berlin Process must generate instruments that speed up EU’s accession”. /e.i/
