He is not only a resident, but also a friend of the Balkans. If someone wants to play the game of “tension”, we all know where the arena is: the Balkans. On Saturday, according to American Spectator, a monthly conservative magazine established in 1924, an inquiry Congress committee with 15 members in it, had departed from Washington to Balkan states on an urgent mission. The delegation would be “engaged” on the tension being born as a result of the Soros and Company’s policies.

This is the latest case when Mr. Tension is a friend; perhaps, not just one, but several friends. According to report, but also, based on evidence seized in Balkan countries, those organizations which are led by the multi-billionaire, George Soros, have caused unrest in this region. The scope of his organization is to support a “sorosian” left in the former communist countries. But, according to the information being investigated by the US Congress, this sorosian mission has also seen the use of US state’s money being used, a lot of money–through USAID which is at Soros’ service. Thus, the list of “friends” that the USA identifies as responsible for the tension in the Balkans becomes longer. Then, we have the US ambassadors, who, based on the reports, have been on the “side of the government”, but they have done this for two “friendly” motives. The first one to conceal the production and export of drugs toward the West and secondly, to flatter those governments that they can get something out of.

Now, the Balkans has turned into a “tension charge” which we don’t know where it may initially explode. But not only as a result of the friends; first of all as a result of the fact that “Mr. Tension” is a permanent resident of this region. Macedonia was charged with so much tension that bloody violence broke out in Parliament. Kosovo is so much charged with tension where people who are in power are confronting each other. All of Pristina was surrounded by Police in a demonstration of force trying to show “who controls power and who controls Police”. In Tirana, the state has fallen to institutional chaos: Justice is no longer functioning, Parliament has been dissolved, President has only been elected by one side, the Ombudsman’s mandate has expired and the elections no longer function as an institution. The opposition’s protest for “free elections” and the government’s perseverance not to budge, have created a situation which may be considered as a warning for clashes. 13 May is being considered by the government as a threat to intimidate people, as it was presumed for May 7 in Kavaja.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, although the United States have offered foreign aid in the amount of 1.6 billion USD, the climate of harmony between communities and religions has not improved, but deteriorated.

Under Donald Trump’s administration, the USA are creating a new “school” of American presence in the region: To investigate on Soros’ brutal and dirty interference, to cut funds that increase tension, to get away from the fake theory of exporting American democracy in the region, to cure the disease of ambassadors who act as “protectors”, etc.

The fact that tension has become dangerous in the Balkans at the present has occupied many serious studies and analyses. What were the reasons for this tension now? When it comes to the Balkans, there’s no need to ask for the reasons, (because they are known), but for the side moves that spark tension the same way volcanoes become active again.

Three big moves:

1.

The cunning slogan spread by governments that after Trump’s victory, America no longer thinks of us. Those in favor of Clinton knew how to “value” the past and damage the present. If one says that America plays no role in the Balkans, then one fuels tension more than anywhere else. In fact, this happened: Tension was encouraged by the governments of old elites, as a political reaction toward changes in the West. By saying that “America is no longer”, what they mean is: “We can do whatever we want”.

2.

Russia’s “right” to follow the precedent created by the war of Kosovo in Crimea and wider domination in the region. Now, war analysts are saying that “Russia is using its right” stemming from the US bombardments on Serbia in 1999. The two Albanian leaders (Pristina-Tirana) have encouraged this Russian idea by promotion “Greater Albania”.

3.

Europe’s gates are almost closed for Balkan countries. EU accession has remained mere demagogy. The EU was unable to solve disputes in the Balkans and it recently proved this with Macedonia In spite of the frequent visits by EU envoys there, Parliament turned into a bloody arena and the government cannot be formed. Merkel’s incentive to turn Western Balkans as a “cordon” against Russia, fell. The EU is going through a crisis and the only thing that it can export to the East is crisis.

Mr. Tension has now been installed here and has made it its home.
