From now on, it will be easier for Albanian businesses to register at the National Business Center, following a government decision which aims at improving and facilitating procedures at this center and also to reduce the time needed to file an application at this institution.
Meanwhile, according to this decision, the fee that was applied on the tills of the National Business Center has been scrapped. Currently, according to the law in force, businesses must pay a fee of 100 ALL for services offered at the tills of the National Business Center.
Such fee was paid for procedures like “reservation of the name”, “initial reservation of the name”, “other mandatory registrations”, “issue of extracts from the companies register”, “issue of a copy of the by-laws”, etc.
