Private companies are predicting fewer contracts in the months to come. They have admitted this in an observation conducted by the Bank of Albania, which has supplied negative figures on their expectations. So, the industry sector has reported a negative level of 2% in its forecast for the months to come. Meanwhile, the construction sector has reported an even lower figure in terms of the forecast about the number of contracts that it’s planning to finalize, namely -36%.
This shows a sort of pessimism in the performance of the private activity. However, this is made up by the positive figures that the same sectors report on indexes such as employment or the rate of the exploitation of capacities, which are also high.
