Dissidence of the Third War

If the entire power is concentrated in one hand, then we immediately think of Dissidence. Not who the dissidents will be, but to what extent can dissidence be accommodated in this “century”, where dissidences have become a thing of the past.

Currently, we’re in front of the “storm” of powers concentrated in one hand: We’re expecting for the two parties where Albanians adhere the most, to unite in a single government. We’re expecting the Socialist Party, which has won the entire legislative and executive power, to take under its shoulder the Democratic Party, which has won so little that it could easily be considered not only as the “sick man of Bosphorus”, but as the “sick of 2017.

Finally, today, another exponent of the previous government, has declared that he sees a government composed of SP and DP. Ylli Manjani, who issued the declaration, is not only a minister and exponent of SMI, but also an expert of smelling problems in the structures of the state. At first, the project of the government of “all powers” was drafted during the period of the Tent, 18-February-18 May 2017. (Look at the surprising coincidence of the dates). On the last day of the Tent we saw a hermaphrodite creature coming out of it-a government formed by the loser and the winner of “Waterloo”, the last Napoleon of the First Republic-and the Albanian socialists founded early last century. What’s interesting is also the Waterloo date, 18 June (like February and May in our case) and that was a Saturday morning, the same as in Tirana.

The defeated ones did not bring martyrs out of the Tent. They brought out eight ministers and a few powerless and castrated heads of government departments. As of that moment it was said that this governing formula would go on even after the elections, regardless of the result. Thus, the government of “all powers” would soon be created.

But one thing was not calculated as it should have: When the democrats of the DP saw that they were giving birth to a shapeless creature, then they refused, they didn’t go to “war”, thus abandoning the army’s command, in this case, the DP’s leadership. This army of democrats no longer follows its leadership, whatever war is waged. One thing was not calculated as it should have: That the SP would win so many seats! With these many seats that it has in Parliament, it’s hard for the SP to offer an alibi for the creation of a joint government with the loser. It could easily find an alibi through a propaganda or parliamentary mechanism, but in this case, the SP would lose a part of its army.

The government of “all powers” will produce a third dissidence; even this one a hermaphrodite creature, because the world is not in a period of dissidences. The DP’s army which has around 200 thousand voters (until today) and the army that will come out from the discontent within the SP, will form an even more serious Dissidence than the “class” which is happy with the powers… Of course, it will be different to the dissidence of the First and Second War, because it will not be illegal and subject to imprisonment.

The dissidence’s elite will be thrown in prison. The democrat’s dissidence has displayed its elite. A war has started in the DP for “free and fair elections” within the ranks of the DP. The leader of the DP, who holds full responsibility (maybe also attributed himself the merits of a conscious architect) for the defeat in the polls, is not applying the democratic principle of resignation for the third time. Apart from this, he’s manipulating the elections for the party’s leader in broad daylight.

Meanwhile, the socialist government is helping the DP “government” to attack the democrat dissidents, starting from Mrs. Topalli and ending with Mr. Patozi. Up until today, a small army of “witnesses” has been mobilized, the same way they used to do in communism. A proof of “crime” was found against Eduard Selami. Based on this proof, a study on Enver Hoxha’s aesthetics was allegedly found in a prison! Casinos are being searched to see if Patozi has ever been inside one. They will also go through the files of his father who has not been a DP supporter since he was born. In other words, a war has started between the SP and DP against the DP’s dissidents. But a war of “all the powers” against the Dissidence.

“All the powers” concentrated in a government will create a “new republic”; new in a totalitarian sense. When the leader of the DP proclaimed the new republic, he was honest with the public that there could really be a new republic, meaning, with all the powers concentrated in one hand. So far we’ve had the Republic with three balanced powers and independent of each other; from now on, this will no longer be the case. The judicial system will imprison opponents and not those who break the law, murderers, traffickers, thieves, gangsters, corrupted people, etc. This part of the dissidence which dares to oppose the joint government, could really be thrown to prison for being “corrupt”. Meanwhile, the corrupt will government. This time, dissidence will differ from the dissidence that came out after the Second War: After the Second War, the west was in favor of the anti-communist dissidence, while now, the west will back “the government of all powers”.  Washington, Brussels, Paris or Berlin will receive reports that “western reforms are being implemented in the justice system” and that the enemies of the class are being defeated. The government of all powers will reverse political history.

The government “of all powers” will also reveal another thing: a very weak opposition consisting of 19 SMI MPs, who will fight against 121 others. However, the government “of all powers” can say to the world that it does have a parliamentary opposition. But what will become of the idea to remove the President of the Republic who belongs to SMI in opposition? How will the idea of “imprisoning the president elect” be received? The world is not ready to accept this kind of “Republic” and dissidence in our century…

The first two dissidences were produced in the middle and the end of last century. The first one was produced in the middle of the century, when dictatorship was installed. The second one was produced at the end of the century, when communist dictatorship was struck.

Now, we’re seeing the appearance of the dissidence of the Third War…
