The request by Dutch law enforcement agencies to restore the visa regime for Albanians has been considered by former Prime Minister of the country, Sali Berisha, as testimony of the degradation of all the standards in Albania.
Berisha has blamed the current PM, Edi Rama for this situation, mentioning the fact that Holland was among the first countries that backed the lifting of the visa regime for Albanian nationals.
“This request comes at an unexpected moment, but it was warned several times, because Noriega’s Albania has destroyed every standard that the country had achieved seven years ago”, Berisha says. /e.i/
