The 5 year plan on drugs

The 5 year plan on drugs

I’ve been surprised every time I’ve heard that police destroyed x tons of cannabis or even more surprised when I’ve heard government people and politicians who pretend that they are succeeding big time in the fight against the narcotic substance. Either everyone is naïve, or everyone is an unscrupulous fraud!

Drugs have not been cultivated or harvested to be destroyed. Drugs have been cultivated based on a “state plan”. If the “state” didn’t control drugs, then why would customs allow the introduction of the cannabis seed into the country? Why would police precincts distribute the seed from each plot to the other and then defend it with weapons?!... The state entered the production of the narcotic plant based on a well studied plan. A plan which is similar to the “5 year plans” of the communist regime whose goal was to “build socialism”.

Of course, although they are making such a big thing out of this “fight against drugs”, spring will see the start of the new production.

What is the political project?

On a national point of view, the goal of the plan to produce drugs is to help one side to hold on to political power for a long time. The same thing has also happened in countries of Latin America or the Middle East, where juntas have been installed. In our country, this is the first time that the plan for the production of drugs aims at helping the clan that projected it, hold on to power. Drugs generate lots of money, but above all, they generate uncontrolled money. Uncontrolled money is used to fill the pockets of the “big bosses” and to lure the “tough ones”, meaning criminals, or even to purchase some votes at a very low price.

Looking at it from a broader political point of view, the courage to carry out the unprecedented act with drugs, comes from a “hurricane eye” which is attempting to keep several countries of the East under the rule of the liberal left, funded by the billionaire, George Soros. The division between “Soros” and the policies followed by conservatives supporting Brexit and Trump, is creating a division line in the world. It looks as if Albania will follow Soros’ line for decades. First, because drugs secure power for several decades and secondly, because the opposition is under Soros influence.

What about the economic project?

1.

The state’s inability to develop the economy, the lack of investments, the inability to offer a friendly business climate, the lack of trust on the domestic capital, the tendency for an informal economy… all of these found their “heaven” in drugs. After spending a large part to hold on to power, the government allocates some “small change” for the destitute, to make it seem that “drugs are a good thing”.

2.

The false impression that drugs offer “employment”

At least in the past two years, despite what was said in Parliament and the media, many people had the illusion that they had a “job”. Many women, men and young people were picked up in the morning by the “boss”, they were secretly dispatched to the cannabis fields, they took some money at home and the idea that “we’re working” spread anywhere.  The government’s slogan that “we have a lot of work, but we are lacking specialists” was interpreted as an invitation addressed to people: “Go and work with cannabis, because you have no education and no profession”. When the opposition attempted to fight against the cultivation of drugs, this endeavor was seen with a sense of discontent by voters and its militants too. The model of the local government elections in Dibra was the best example for this: The “anti-cannabis” right wing suffered a painful defeat in its own stronghold. Why? Because everyone was “employed” in the drug sector.

What are the methods for the 5 year plan?

At the beginning, it looked as if I used the “5 year plan” concept as atavism of the communist controlled economy. This was not the only reason. The project to keep drugs as part of a “state plan” is expected to last several years; perhaps, until Albania decides to embrace conservatism. But, this is very distant in time!

Every day I see a movie playwright taking shape:

First, the collection of the drug seed in safe warehouses protected by the state. Police officers and even police chiefs report on the events. The new drug seed is ready to be cultivated.

Secondly, the setting up of the state infrastructure: The appointment of prefects from the ranks of reserve officers is a clear signal. All 12 of them are former officers. They are ready to execute the orders given by their superiors at any cost. This is the basis that will decide the appointment of other officials too.

Thirdly, the “castling” in the government’s chess board. If a minister is caught, Tahiri, for instant, he is “frozen” until he’s needed and then he’s thrown away. He is then replaced by another minister like Tahiri. It’s the typical mob scheme.

The tradition created throughout the years:

The government attacked Lazarat not to make it disappear, but to cultivate the drug all over the country. With Lazarat, the mob hid itself behind propaganda. Bu the cultivation of drugs was not born in Lazarat. Albania had entered the map of dangerous countries since 1992. Reports coming from Europe showed that hundreds of hectares of cannabis had been cultivated in Albania since 1992. Meanwhile, the first amounts exported in Italy are caught in Italy.

Now, drugs are a state plan.
