German police have reported that an Albanian from Kosovo is responsible for the attack occurred in the central train station of Dusseldorf, where a person attacked nine people with an axe, causing them serious wounds.
Authorities there said that after carrying out the attack, the perpetrator has jumped off a bridge and into the river, but he was taken out and is currently being treated in hospital.
